Request for Readmission to the Graduate School

This form is for graduate students seeking readmission into a program for which they were previously enrolled and in good standing. This form is NOT for those:

Seeking to apply to a new program. New applicants should apply here.
Looking to be readmitted to a program from which they were previously dismissed. Dismissed students seeking re-enrollment should submit a Petition for Exception to Policy.

Readmission is not automatic and may be subject to additional conditions set by the department, school or college, or by the Dean of The Graduate School. Students inquiring about readmission to their previous graduate program should contact The Graduate School at 610-436-2943 or gradschool@wcupa.edu.

Were you ever dismissed or suspended for disciplinary reasons from an institution you attended after your left your WCU graduate program*?

A Yes answers may not necessarily bar readmission but it may affect approval to live in university-owned or university-affiliated housing. Note: Prior to readmission, you may be required to complete a release of information that allows WCU to obtain disciplinary records for any previously attended institution of higher education. Failure to sign a release of information may result in denial of readmission.
